I finished my apprentiship in 2003 then got straight on a plane to london.
I got a job as a carpenter doing shop fit out building room sets in ikea, referbs on large supermarkets. then i was offered a job as a site manager. I looked after and organised all the internals on rebuilding supermarkets from refits to large extentions when you double the size of the store and still keep it trading.
i spent a total of 5 years in london 3years us a carpenter and 2 as a site manager. On my return to Wellington i arrived when everything had taken a down turn but i still managed to find a job swinging the hammer again. After all my experiances i thought it was time i stopped making other people rich and started working for myself. I have done a large range of work in my time from building new houses, basic house extentions, fencing, decks, to very large commercial jobs. With that said i'm sure i can be of great value to you for what ever your building needs.
