Carport converted into shed/garage

We have an existing large solid carport attached to our house, it is not a flimsy construction but has a waterproofed roof and strong support beams. I want to seal it in with metal walls and a garage door (basic budget don't need to be flash or automatic) to use primarily as a large garden shed/workroom/storage. It needs to be waterproofed at the ground level as the property has a slight downwards slope and rain may come in with very heavy storms.
