A new larger studio to replace old one which is too small and low and has had to have repairs, getting too frequent now. Also needing advise as to where to place new one as ground needs to be built up a little and 11 Sheoaks and 1 Oak need dropping which will be firewood and three trees taken out for replanting. We might also look at redoing the external cladding on that part of the house at the same time. Turning our garage in to a sleep out, Electrics have been installed and insulation is in the walls just the roof to do. We are using Ply and there are some nogs to put in. A guy started and i asked him to stop work because it was a reel knock up job, may pay to pull off and start again. I have brought 10 sheets of 9ml ply... he used 6 so far on the ceiling 4 sheet left. Will need more.
