Hi

We have a property that had un-consented alterations back in 2017. We have had plans prepared and provided to the Christchurch City Council to apply for a Certificate of Acceptance and they have agreed to this.

We now need an LBP to attend to the additional work required and confirm some completed work.

Main work will involve some additional piles, removing some gib and reline with gib bracing, and checking existing beams for engineer as per the plans (and altering if required).

I am asking for someone that can attend to this relatively quickly, I need to be assured you will communicate with me (and the engineer) with timeliness. If you have a lot of work on and can't give this project the attention required, please do not apply.
