Due to leaks around the bath and shower in our bathroom the framing has rotted and will need replacing. I have taken out the bath and the wall linings already. The rest of the bathroom is ok. I would like the job done up to re-gibbing and possibly wall linings or tiles if this is possible with all the rules taken into consideration regarding waterproofing (unlike the last time) and conforming to Council laws.
