I'm wanting a studio built on site in my back yard. We have a drive through garage so access is relatively easy. I'm wanting it 5mx4m I want a toilet and hand basin. And also a back room 1.5x4 just with a slider sperating the rooms. I want to supply every thing except the windows. I want just the drainage,electrical, slab, framing, cladding and roof done. Hi Jobs needed doing: 1. Hang and paint an interior door. 2. Trim the bases of 4 interior doors (sticking). 3. Had a new shower installed, and the drain appears to be blocked i.e. water isn't draining. Concrete floor. Have no idea why and haven't even attempted to have it unblocked.
