We require a qualified builder to undertake a pre-purchase property inpection on a 70's constructed house located in Kawerau. To check flashings, roof, cladding, and unpermitted covered in patio area (to obtain compliance) etc along with purchaser using a inspection list - this is to obtain an estimate for immediate repairs required - this is estimated to take 2-3hrs. I require a qualified registered master builder to go to a property in Kawerau and quote the cost of the work to get the dwelling there up to a livable standard. (with code of compliance also.)
