We have had plans done for a simple one bedroom cabin, 27sqm, for our section in Duntroon. We also have a materials estimate from Carters that includes the pre-built frames and trusses. I already have quotes for plumbing, drainage, electrical, tiling, roof etc so it would just be the building we need quotes for. It could be built offsite and relocated. Timber piles and floor, ply lining, weatherboard cladding.

Hi. We are keen to build a sleep out on our property. Ideally we would like it to have a little bathroom attached (toilet, hand basin and shower). We have a concrete slab where it could go or we would have to build on the lawn from scratch. The sleep out will need to fit a queen bed (for when family visit) and a small wardrobe.
