We are looking to remove a wall between two rooms (wall behind couch in photo). We are able to do the demolition work ourselves but would like a builder to put in a beam to brace the wall/roof once the wall is out. We are also looking to install new windows (no windows currently in the position they would be located), so would need a quote to install these and possibly frame new window on the outisde of house to match existing windows.

Framing around flue in ceiling for woodburner.

Only a small job. We are putting a woodburner in and we need a builder to take off some roofing iron and ensure where the flue is going through the roof that is structurally sound. There will be some framing up around the flue required according to our fire installer and he will be there as well when the work is done. Approximately only a few hours of work. Needs to be a LBP. I can feel my house floor shaking or vibrating when someone is walking . I only feel it while sitting on the sofa and while sleeping on the bed. I don't feel it shaking or vibrating when standing or walking in the house. I only feel it while on the sofa or on the bed sleeping. I went under the floor it's dry and nothing looks broken. I don't know if it lacks support on floor frames or something.
