Replace clear-lite roof panels and weather-tight clashing against weatherboards; Replace 3x supporting posts 100*75 with good quality treated posts. 1) We need to replace the existing iron roof. A complete overhaul including painting etc 2) Timber weather board some needs replacing on the exterior of the house.
