We have one window and two garage doors we are wanting to replace with ranch sliders. Also a smaller window replaced with a door. Plus a small timber deck outside one of the ranch sliders and the ceiling of a single garage insulated and lined with gypsum board. Happy to work with a builder to source the doors/glazing if this makes things easier and cheaper. Also require gates and fencing but this is less urgent. I have a Laundry floor that has been slightly rotting due to a leak from the laundry basin. It is more of an outhouse and there is nothing else in the room so all will be required for the floor is plywood to be fitted and secured into place. I will be getting lino laid over top of the fitted plywood at some point. The small basin cabinet is in a pretty bad state with holes etc. The cabinet may need to be completely rebuilt or could just be repaired in place.
