Gutter barrier and nest removal

We have birds nesting in a cavity between our upstairs toilet and exterior wall. They seem for be accessing the space through the gutter. We would like the next removed, area clean and a barrier put in place. We are also interested in possibly getting some of the parts at the back of toilet replaced and the drywall sealed depending on cost.
