Cladding a relocatable home

Leak in the house (lead flashing replacement and internal wall/ceiling repair)

There is currently a leak, possibly originating from the roof, which has damaged the internal wall (and potentially the ceiling). Repairs are needed. We require a professional to identify and rectify the source of the leak. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in both roofing and lead flashing, as well as general building work. Ceiling and roof making loud popping and creaking sounds.

I bought this 1970 built old house recently and from day one it's making these loud popping and sharp creaking noise all day long more during mornings and evenings. Roof is flat old long run metal roof without any attic space and ceiling is timber slats runs from inside of house to all the way to gutter outside of house soffit is same slats part of ceiling. We have birds nesting in a cavity between our upstairs toilet and exterior wall. They seem for be accessing the space through the gutter. We would like the next removed, area clean and a barrier put in place.
