We are about. To paint our house but need to do repairs to some weather boards, Windows, veranda posts etc. we are seeking a builder to evaluate and price these tasks. The veranda post task involves renewing the anchorages of 10 posts in which rust of the original anchors has brought about splitting of the bottom of the posts. We need this work completed by the end of February at the latest because a contract to paint the house has been let and we anticipate this will commence in March.
