House re level

1920 bungalow. Stucco cladding. Has been replied with concrete piles in the 1960. But foundation /floors not level. Require jack and pack and probably a dozen piles replaced. The house had a concrete ring foundation poured around the original totara piles as well. Some bearers end aren’t so well supported as the totara piles have degraded. I would like all that tidied up. Access is ok. From about 600mm to 350mm under joist.

Hi The chimney needs to be removed or taken down to a short level and sealed off. It is very crumbly looking. There are a few tiles I think on the roof that may need fixing as the kitchen roof is bulging . I have the insurance looking at that part. I have a few other jobs I'd like done. My shed was renovated into a studio but the walls are only lined with 4 panels, I'd love that to be finished. The dryer is balanced on a box so any help with hanging the dryer or making a shelf would be great....
