Everything that needs to be done for a garage to stand sturdy also want a shower and toilet that can be added in the future please it is kit set size is 6.4m x 7.2 which is 43.8m2 floor space and all the requirements it needs to be legal preferably as cheap as possible. Replace damaged floor

There is was a leak under the floor due to rodent damage in a pipe. The floor has disintegrated. The flooring needs to be replaced and carpet and possibly lino and underfloor insulation repaired/replaced. This is an insurance claim for gradual damage. The property is rented and managed by us. The tenant and family are living there, so the job needs to be ASAP. Unfortunately my local builder is too busy. The plumbing has been repaired and temporary plywood put down.
