We need three jobs done on hour house: 1. Our front porch has some rot in several parts of the timber. These need to be replaced. You can see in the photos that one 'stud' has rot at the bottom. It appears that the opposite one has had the bottom 30cm replaced so thats probably a good strategy with this one. There is also rot in a a few other places and we would like to replace these and possibly enclose the lower part of the porch and clad in weather board to match the house. Happy to discuss...

Fix bathroom floor

Water has been leaking through grout and under bathroom tiles. Had a tiler in to regrout but he said there appears to be too much water under the tiles and recommended a builder. I assume tiles need to be pulled up and the floor checked etc. Needs to be done as soon as possible to prevent further damage. Area affected appears to be most of the bathroom. ... . You can hear water squelch underneath some of the tiles when you stand on them in the shower and near the toilet.

I need either a false ceiling or new ceiling in my bathroom (existing one is stipple and possibly asbestos). I also need the existing extractor fan removed and a new one replaced, so someone with electrical expertise, or who knows an electrician they can work around would be very handy. No timeframe at the moment, but very keen for a quote.
