We have a 20ft container in excellent condition on a piece of land above Little Akaloa on Banks Peninsula (about one hours drive from Chch) – there is already a wee hut on the land, but we would like to expand the ability to have friends and family stay there with us by converting the container into a basic sleeping area. Fix bathroom floor

Water has been leaking through grout and under bathroom tiles. Had a tiler in to regrout but he said there appears to be too much water under the tiles and recommended a builder. I assume tiles need to be pulled up and the floor checked etc. Needs to be done as soon as possible to prevent further damage. Area affected appears to be most of the bathroom. ... . You can hear water squelch underneath some of the tiles when you stand on them in the shower and near the toilet.

I need either a false ceiling or new ceiling in my bathroom (existing one is stipple and possibly asbestos). I also need the existing extractor fan removed and a new one replaced, so someone with electrical expertise, or who knows an electrician they can work around would be very handy.
