We need our ramp to be rebuilt. The handrails are pretty new but all the supports are original - over 30 years old. The landing at the top has started to drop. We want this completely replaced and changed to two levels - down to a landing just before the window at the bottom and down to the ground in the opposite direction (please see terrible mark up on attached picture haha). According to NZ Building Act 2004 number 15, building consent is not required for closing in existing patio that is not exceed 5 square meters.
