We are needing a wall moved and one removed and some other fairly complex to type changes and additions to be made in these areas. We are also wanting the arch removed to open up the area in our lounge. Am in need of a builder to install a beam for a wall that is load bearing. We have exposed the wall and are just needing some expertise as to what is required so that we can open the kitchen to the lounge. We do not need any other work done in regards to finishing touches, just for the beam if required to be installed. Possibly requires consent which I will be ringing the council to see what the process is. Lenght measures approximately 6.12m.
