I'm looking to convert a small part of my garage into a room to use as a home office. I'm need someone to construct the interior walls (framing and gibbing, etc). I will do the painting, flooring, etc. I will need electrical plugs installed but that would probably need to be done by an electrician. We have a small, 3 bdrm weatherboard (with some linear board) home, that needs several repairs done. On the exterior: weatherboards and linear boards replaced/repaired, one fascia board replaced, possibly some decking, and a barn door repair. And on the interior: floorboards replaced, trims & architraves fitted in one bedroom, and a couple of areas requiring gib.
