17months+ build. Poor workmanship from Mark Anderson and Longsilver construction. Kicked off site after building for 8 1/2 months for extensive water damage to interior , altering plans to suit, no s/s as per plans in deck, piles missing on deck, bowed window sills, bowed walls, doors 40mm to 110mm narrower, incredibly poor negative detail and walls bowed. Finished after 17 1/2 months lights not working, shower drain not installed, walls bowed, poor installation of cavity sliders. Much more
