Require a detached utility room about 5m x 3.5m built on back of section behind house. Finer details to be settled. Basically a rectangular room with sliding or folding door access along one wall and small windows on rear wall and preferably with RV type electrical plug connection. Shower liner replacement

Hi there, We need the shower liner and aqua line gib in our rental in Morrinsville replaced. Once it is removed we also need the wood and insulation behind it checked to see if there has been any water damage from the screws that were put in the shower liner by the last owners. If so then that wood and insulation may need to be replaced but won't know until you are in there. At the same time we would like the old school shower head and tap changed to a detachable shower head and mixer.

Ideally I would like the chimney/fireplace removed and the wall taken back to be relined/gibbed. Needing a builder to assess for any structural work and provide quote. Also looking at removing the hot water cylinder located in cupboard next to fireplace and going to gas hot water/cooking. Quote from plumber would be appreciated. Please see pics attached.
