I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home and I would like to extend it out to 3 bedrooms. The house is 1960's weatherboard. The extension would not need plumbing or anything else, just a room (the new room will become the main lounge/dining room and the old lounge will become bedroom 3). This needs to be done on a budget.
