Need a builder to cut through an internal wall (basic plasterboard and maybe a stud) for a door (which we will put in ourselves - it will eventually form a door to a new pantry which we will build into the media room (see pics for plans). We have a concrete garage which has been built in 2012 and unfortunately encroaches over a neighbour's land. The garage has a deck on top and needs to be reduced in size by 750mm approx so it no longer encroaches onto the neighbour's land. Area 1: Take down shower walls and remove/repair some wood which has rotted. Bathroom will then be re-floored and shower walls can be put back up.
