Repair/ replace cement fibre board cladding on exterior of split level house. Roughly 16 boards need to be replaced. Cost of boards at Bunnings is around 50$ board. Some corner flashing may need to be replaced. Also in addition 2 extract fans to be installed (washroom and bathroom). Access to high level boards can be achieved from standard industry mobile scafolds. Estimate job time 2-3 days depending on workers.
