Reflashing of the Metalcraft Roof

The flashings on the roof of this 2.5 year old property needs to be redone. The roof product is Thermospan EPS Roof Panels from Metalcraft. The work needs to be done in order to get the CCC from Porirua City Council, so will need a PS3. The Building surveyor has prepared the scope of the work.
