Would also like to open the pocket door space between dinning room and lounge so its a wider opening. I believe the pocket door wall is a low bearing wall but I think there's a header in there already supporting the pocket door frame. Need an expert to confirm logical and give me a quote on achieving this please.

Retaining Wall Post Holes

We need to dig the 12/13 remaining holes for a retaining wall in our back garden. The site is not suitable for a digger so requires manual digging. We’d rather not just fix the glass as the fireplace is ugly anyway and doesn’t work. We’d like it either completely gone to create more room or covered so that we can still use it as a shelf or incorporate some kind of functionality to it. Unsure of the cost for this type of work so quotes appreciated
