I need to get a wall build to close the studio upstairs. The total with is 2.03 m , the with over the existing half wall is 1.10m. The height to the roof from the half wall is 1.8m I also need to get a door installed in order to turn the studio into a bedroom What's required: - Frame - Gib - Door Desirable: - Noise insulation Gib or filling? Replace subfloor (water damage)

Our hot water cylinder has leaked over a period of time and part of the sub floor is water damaged and needs to be replaced. The subfloor has completely dropped out in parts underneath the carpet. The carpet will need to be pulled up, and a section of the subfloor will need to be removed and replaced (approx 2.6m by 1m) as highlighted in the picture. Should not be a complicated job but I don't have time to do it myself.
