I have bought a Duratuff shed but need a concrete pad/slab laid 2.530m x 1.7m and then the shed assembled on the slab. Have full installation instructions etc. On flat section, easy access. See the photo, the gap in the shingle on the right is where the shed is to go. Prefer shed up as soon as possible but at least by end March (before wet weather returns).

Problem: Recently bought house, when previous owner moved, back garage wall was black and mouldy about 1m up for most of the length of it. We cleaned and noticed swollen skirting board, stained skirting board, and rusty nails. We removed all the damaged plaster board etc. and found a leak in the corner under the sink.
