Concrete plinth for under front loading washing machine

Hi I have recently bought a front loader washing machine, and it sits on Lino covered plywood floor. It vibrates the whole kitchen when spinning. I would like a square hole cut under the machine, framing/boxing and then filled with a level concrete plinth, with ideally the square cut of floor refitted. The idea is to isolate the machine vibrations down to the concrete rather than spreading the vibrations across the room.

The leak is repaired but we need a builder to inspect the bathroom floor for any damage and then to re-gib the kitchen ceiling and plaster to paint finish. I want to build a small climbing wall in the room off my garage. The idea is to have a very steep wall, 3 panels (... ) at 55 degrees (off vertical). This should give me a surface of 3.6m x 2.4m, that protrudes about 3.1m from the back wall of the garage and fits under the low (2.1m) ceiling. It will need to brace off the wall on one side, and probably ceiling joists. It needs to be very solid and structurally sound, with a decent frame so it doesn't flex when loaded. Upgrade to kitchen splash back

We recently had a new gas hob installed and now need to splashback to be upgraded to accommodate for the heat coming from the flames. There are some tiles in place already but they need to be around each side of the hob. The previous hob, which dates back to 1992, had a cover over it which acted as a heat protector. We understand that there are building code regulations around heat resistant splashbacks.
