Self contained Sleepout

This new residential dwelling was constructed on an existing property, coordinating all sub contractors from project inception through to completion. Our scope included foundations, framing, roofing, cladding and aluminium joinery installation, delivering a modern and practical dwelling that seamlessly integrates with the existing property.

This structure was built to support the extension of a local cemetery, facilitating new roading access and additional car parking. Designed and constructed for long-term durability, the retaining wall provides stability, safety and functionality for years to come.

Deck & Landscaping

This custom deck build, designed to elevate both the home and the view. Clean lines, rich timber tones and a seamless indoor outdoor flow perfect for soaking up those sunny days and evening sunsets.

Akatarawa Road

From the initial client meeting and subdivision planning through to the final handover, we managed and delivered this project from start to finish. Our team coordinated all the subcontractors, suppliers and construction works to build this modern standalone home, providing the client with a seamless, stress free experience and a high quality finished product.

This was Todd and Josh's first job on their own account as Prime Construction, although they have 17 years building experience between them already. They did a great job and were very easy and pleasant to deal with. They came when they said they would, finished in time expected, organised an excellent electrician and plasterer, and always tidied up everyday - including taking some of my rubbish to tip with the building waste. Highly recommended.
