Bedroom Extension

My project involved a large bedroom extension to match existing house including weatherboard cladding and timber windows and doors. Phil and Kent were very easy to deal with, completed works with a high quality finish, very fair on overall project cost and the additional works I asked them to complete and passed all 7 council inspections with no issues at all. Thanks guys!

We enjoyed having this team working on our project. Good communication and did everything we asked of them and more. Would have them back anytime.

Kelburn Chimney Project

Do not deal with these guys they will change the agreement once they get the job and try to force you to move from a set price contract to their preferred hourly rate so they can drag out the contract and charge you accordingly. I had a qualified CPENG Engineer reviewing their work and he was appalled at how long these two LBP’s were taking to do simple tasks. In the end I had to fire them from the project and expend significant resources to get it completed!

New exterior stairs and storm water drain

Great blokes - clear communication, were professional and did great work throughout! With the drainage, we ended up having to excavate a lot more than originally planned, and the guys didn't complain at all - were easy to deal with, and any changes to costs or timings were clear and quickly communicated. Workmanship on the stairs was great, and the guys always left a tidy site in the afternoons when they headed out. Would easily recommend them and ask them back for work again.

Rotton Weatherboards leak!

Did not respond after initial conversation and exchange of messages. Apparently did go and have a look at the job but did not get back to me. When I followed up 2 weeks later - I got a vague.. "we might be able ot do some thing in a couple of months" I have no problem with being too busy or not wanting the job - but it would be nice to be told that.

Clear and helpful description of the problem and suggested solution. Quote was detailed and clearly stated work to be done and conditions. Would definitely consider them for other work.
