I am looking to install 2 cavity slider doors in lounge, 1 of which may be impacted by existing disused brick chimney which has been demolished to roof level (new roofing since installed). We woud like to have double garage and bike port next it in tiny area corner of house. The space of side of house is 6.7m and the back is 6m. We have to have 200mm minimum space between to neighbor using fire wall. Our Spout or Gutter are about 500mm. I don't mind the garage stickking out little bit about same line as an entrance pole and using footpass between pole and door for bike.
