Water damage meant the kitchen cupboards have become uneven and need to be leveled. We need a builder to help up lift the bench to level and straighten the kitchen cupboards again. The gap where the dishwasher fits is now to small and this needs to be fixed. This is a rental and the tennent have vacated and we are at the house to fix this on Monday 25th. We need a builder for a few hours to help us fix this problem.

On the (high and steep) roof there is wooden framed skylight window that sticks up above the roofline. I am too scared to climb up there! There is a dodgy looking cedar weatherboard where water seems to come in when it rains a lot. It doesn't leak into the house but I notice the paint on the gib inside gets a bit of a bubble. Otherwise, it seems fine inside. Hopefully, it is just an outer board replacement job and not something nasty underneath - but guess you have to be prepared for dealin...
