Hi, basically we need the room ready for the new joinery to be installed, we need our laundry wall linings removed, existing walls straighten, installation, gib, stopped, man hole moved slightly in same room, ceiling replaced or slightly lower. Want to make carport more attractive, structurally not bad. Cannot build garage or new carport in this location, so improving is only option. Would like a low gable look, even if its not a reroof, just facade. Will remove small shed at side. Carport has small leanto at side for wood shelter. A sketch attached, but open to ideas.
