I'm Matt - owner and builder at SOMA Construction, based here in Ōtepoti Dunedin.

I'm a Licensed Building Practitioner with years of experience across new builds, renovations, and decks, right through to the smaller jobs a lot of builders don't want to touch. Doesn't matter the size of the project - I bring the same care and attention to detail, every time.

I started SOMA because I wanted to do things properly - clear communication, solid workmanship, and no surprises along the way. I run the jobs myself, so when you're talking to me, you're talking to the person actually swinging the hammer and making the calls on site.
