On this project we re-framed the whole garage as the old framing was all rotten, we added two new double doors and a new window. The roofs pitch was far to low so we jacked up the roof, re purlind and laid a new iron roof. We finished of by cladding the garage in new weather boards.

TRadie turned up. Did no measure, gave an estimate only"an around about figure". Was agreed job would be done near the end of the year when I got around to digging out etc and when they had time. Contacted me end of August to see how going, when it was never agreed nor did I indicate dig out would happen that quickly. Threw toys out of cot and has now dropped the job. No wonder trades people get a bad name.
