4.5x7 roof area, with 6x4m room under. To shell stage. Metal roof, monopitch. Two ranch sliders - one either end. Simple plans attached. No timeframe, but permit will limit to one year? Quote may or may not include council permits, plans drawn, and other red tape expenses. House that it is attaching to has metal cladding, so this will need to be removed for the 6m length of walls.
