Sub-floor damaged, need carpet lifted, about 2 meters of sub floor repaired in hallway, carpet and insulation reinstalled. There has been a water leak in the past, the sub-floor was repaired to a point but it looks like more of it should have been replaced. Walls and carpet in the area have shown no sign of cold or moisture.

20 Exterior recessed feature panels need to be covered and sealed with 18mm ply (or similar) and prepared ready for painting. Panels may potentially contain asbestos, hence the need to cover them without disturbing them. Interior, in the master bedroom, 3 panels need covering with Jib and bringing into line with window framing. Sound proofing and insulation required. Sealing and preparing to allow for painting.

I have an insert fire on brick wall/surround, with a raised concrete hearth approx. 345cm long x 38cm wide x23cm high. I am planning on removing the raised concrete hearth, replacing with floor level hearth approx. 200cm, plastering over brick surround of fire. Removal of original hearth on concrete floor must leave flat surface for replacement hearth and carpet. Initial interest in hearth removal, happy to deal separately with plastering, replacement hearth.
