Requiring earthwool Wall Insulation installed (ceiling insulation already done). As well as wall and ceiling lined with 9mm plyboard to a 8.6m2 garden room. All materials will be on site by mid next week. Other considerations would be that garden room is not designed ti be lined with walls , so I dont know how straight forward it is. May require additional battens etc.

House at 402 Market Street South Hastings has a non-compliant wood burner in a conservatory. I need the fire and flue removed completely . The ceiling of the conservatory and the roof made good after fire is removed. The flue passes through original roof and roof is of concrete tiles. The property is used as a 'Bookabatch' but access to the property can be arranged with out difficulty.
