I had a great experience with Surinder for my bathroom renovation. His communication was excellent - always keeping me updated and addressing any questions I had, the work quality was top-notch, and he finished everything on time. The only issue was the subcontractor bathroom painter, who left a mess, but Surinerstepped up, took responsibility, and made sure everything was cleaned up and resolved quickly. Overall, I’d highly recommend him for any renovation project!

In general this Xllent solutions were OK - the final product is good at the agreed price. However the sub contractors - particularly on the kitchen fitout were pretty bad: they fitted the incorrect items on multiple occasions - causing delays, weren't able to communicate what they were doing and made a total mess of my deck to the point I will have to repaint it. Also they used my flexibin - without asking - resulting me having to get another one for other rubbish I had earmarked for it.

Absolutely recommend!! Surinder is a great project manager, he communicates very well, timely, and confidently. He also has a high quality team to finish any work including electricity, water, kitchen, flooring,etc. The project finished while I was overseas, he sent me photos to show me the progress, got my input, he even fixed other things I didn’t ask. I flew back home with a brand new and clean kitchen. Also, he gives a very good warranty!
