We mainly build granny flats, but also do renovations and kitchens and bathrooms
Right now we have great deals for minor dwellings and we do everything from dealing with the council to having it all signed of and ready to move in

Thomas and his team performed an outstanding job, packing and replacing some of my piles, levelling my subfloor, and installing vinyl flooring, all to an excellent standard. He truly went above and beyond to assist wherever possible, ensuring the job remained as reasonably priced as possible. As with any building project, there was unforeseen work to be done, which he managed exceptionally well. Many thanks for an excellent job.

Friendly chap, However first impressions are key for me. Arranged a time to meet, that schedule did not work. Re-scheduled, met up. Was concerned he was assuming my budget in regards to the suggested repair options. Did not provide a quote when he said he would, and when I reached out he supplied the quote easily 50% higher than typical list price on materials and well above budget. I suspect he did not want the job, and that is fair enough (Just tell me) - I suspect Thomas is well sought after.
