Fireplace mantel trim down + small skirting job

After someone to trim down a wooden fire place mantel and add a small piece of skirting. See photos, rough trim light marked in red. Mantel thickness is around 4cm and trim amount around all sides is approx 3cm, also has corner bevelling. Additional job is adding small section of missing skirting 11.5cm width - current skirting in remaining room is 11cm high, 1.5cm depth (photo included). Both will be painted after by me.
