To meet building consent requirements I am after a licensed build practitioner to install a beam in my ceiling space. I have purchased the beam, and prepared the area. I would like a carpenter to install the beam please and be available for the council inspection to sign it off. I have a building consent, but can't see how to upload the drawings (maybe too large)
