Builder for House Renovation

Hard landscaping - paving, steps and edging

I enjoyed working with Jacques. He was interested in our landscaping project and brought some good thinking to some design issues. The quality of his labour varied over the job, so some of the workmanship was better than other parts. The greenhouse he custom built is great, and he was open to fixing some of the minor workmanship faults at his cost. I think he underestimated the size of the job so it took longer than expected. He communicated well usually, could have kept us up to date more.

Barge Boards and Carport Roof

Jacques did a wonderful job replacing the roof of the carport that was broken and rotten. The new one looks fantastic! He was punctual, communication was awesome, and I appreciate his flexibility when I had to change the job slightly. I will definitely be calling him again for future work.

Replace decking and extend

We are very happy with the work done by Jacques. ( constructing a sizeable deck) . Pleased with the result and at a competitive rate. Excellent communication throughout and often worked dillegently in trying weather conditions. Jacques is very easy to work with, and he helped with constructive ideas on areas of the build we hadn't totally decided on ( without being pushy ) We wouldn't hesitate in endorsing Collaine Construction to anyone .
