Floor leak

Hi there! Our warehouse is based in Upper Hutt and we also have a training room here (carpet tiled floor). I went in yesterday and there was a musky smell and discovered 85% of the carpet was very damp. I am unable to find the source of the leak or form a theory as to how it's happened. I've had an industrial dehumidifier in there overnight to help but the source still remains unknown. Would love to have someone pop in and take a look. Thank you! :)

TK is the best! He was attentive, consistent & showed a great level of care in the work he provided. If I ever have any building issues in the future, he'll be the first one I call - couldn't recommend him enough!
