Corridor extension and convert to doorway

My home has two external entries at the back: one to the kitchen and one to the laundry. Both doors are just past the end of a corridor. I’m looking for a quote to extend the corridor and convert it to a door so the laundry access becomes internal and close the external entry to the kitchen. In the attached photos, the view from the outside shows the door to the kitchen is on the right and laundry is on the left. The floor on the outside is decking timber.

Floor leak

Hi there! Our warehouse is based in Upper Hutt and we also have a training room here (carpet tiled floor). I went in yesterday and there was a musky smell and discovered 85% of the carpet was very damp. I am unable to find the source of the leak or form a theory as to how it's happened. I've had an industrial dehumidifier in there overnight to help but the source still remains unknown. Would love to have someone pop in and take a look. Thank you! :)

Retaining wall - in-ground pile

Circular steel members will need to be drilled into grouted holes below ground level. 5m in length & 2m into rock. Drill hole diameter = 150mm. 80nb x S80 steel piles. I can send the engineer's design to interested parties. Due to the length of time that the design stage has taken, I am not interested in other design solutions.

A roofer has looked at the roof and does not think that is where the problem is. He thought it was from the gutterboards. We need someone who can come and look at these and repair/replace the gutterboards if needed.
