We are looking for a builder who can measure up the space, purchase and install a replacement door (e.g. one from the Duramax range available at Bunnings) and any framing necessary, and identify any rot or moisture around the house and cost/do the suggested remedial work.

Flood: Underfloor inspection

In the recent flood, we got water under our house, about 10-15cm deep. We don't know what damage it might have done. We have a moisture barrier which is now covered in mud, and some underfloor insulation that fell down and got wet. We need someone (who knows what to look for) to inspect underneath our floor, advise if any repairs are required, and recommend a course of action.
