Drainage Drain-flow work (house exterior wall)

The job is to dig up a length of approx 10 m of gravel and soil beside an exterior house wall. The concrete wall will then need to be sealed and p10 type gravel replaced and drain flow laid. There is already a spouting drain to run the pipe into at the bottom. I'm estimating a 2-3 day labour component and you will need to supply the concrete sealer to coat an area 8 metres x 1.5 metres + the drainlow. Renovating and Building extension

We have a 1904 villa house which currently has a poorly constructed lean-to which will need to be demolished and new 35-40 m2 extension built in it's place. Also as part of the build we will need a two walls removed to make one big open living room. Kitchen and bathroom will need to be also need to be built as part of this project. Currently we have a draftsman who has done some preliminary drawing and is waiting for us the finalizes the techinaical plans.

Minor window and framing issues

60s weatherboard home: Replace wooden front door step. Replace wooden step under shower door frame. Leaking windows upstairs - possibly just needs sealant but may need frame work. Ranch slider leaking in heavy rain. Not sure of solution. May be other minor issues

Need to have one french door put into the backyard

we have bought a french door and frame, and need to have it put into the downstairs room, entering the garden. the room does not have another door, so the wall will have to be openend in order to have the new door put in. on the outside of the wall there is some electrical cable from the spa pool that will have to be moved up higher first. I guess 2 jobs for 2 different tradesman, unless you are an electrican and a builder..

Our Reno

French doors with lintel

Two sets of windows to come out, a set of french doors (slightly shorter and lower than the existing windows) with side windows to go in. There are two existing lintels. These need to be replaced with a new one that spans the same length. Some of the outer cladding needs to be regigged. It is asbestos based fibre cement on the outside of the house so I believe removal of sheets and replacement with modern fibre cement sheets is the way to go.

Walk in wardrobe

I would like a walk in wardrobe built from my existing bedroom into the adjoining bedroom. A door will need to be put in and a wall erected to bloack off the other bedroom. Two of the walls of the walkin wardrobe will end up being external walls with a door and window included. It is not ideal but is the only option I can see. Steps / ramp for wooden deck

We have a wooden deck, that requires steps or a ramp one side of it. The main part of the deck already has steps, this is on the back side of the deck. We are wanting a quote for getting steps made, or a ramp (we have little one who would love to ride up the ramp!). The width of the step or ramp required is 128cm and the drop from the top of the deck to the ground is 63cm high. Our guess is 2 or 3 steps required.
