we have bought a french door and frame, and need to have it put into the downstairs room, entering the garden. the room does not have another door, so the wall will have to be openend in order to have the new door put in. on the outside of the wall there is some electrical cable from the spa pool that will have to be moved up higher first. I guess 2 jobs for 2 different tradesman, unless you are an electrican and a builder..
