I need 2 main windows taken out and replaced. 1 has rotten on the cill so it might need a little more work once you open it up or it could just be the cill that needs replacing, the other window is a straight swap. Would you suggest wooden like I have, or aluminium? I've got a deck that needs 2 new planks,and 3 wall board, planks need replacing outside due to rot, want to get it before it causes any issues. I am also looking for a small fence around the front of the property and a gate, nothing to flash it's to keep the dog in and it will make the front much nicer.
