Clay did an awesome job repairing the hole in the floor , and went way above in more expectation with assessing the job , remedying the issue and mitigating potential issues by further bracing the floor under the adjoining Hotwater cylinder . He put everything back where it was (carpet included ) at the end of the job. Highly recommend his workmanship and work ethic
