Install cupboards into kitchen

We have a solid (pine?) heavy set of old kitchen cupboards we'd like to have safely and securely installed in our kitchen. The wall looks a bit rough after we pulled out the old cabinets, I'm unsure if it's OK to install as is given we're planning to repaint and tile underneath the cupboards at some point.

Really happy with Jordan's work. We have an old house and we're trying to use recycled materials. Jordan was accomodating and friendly. All sorted quickly and even shared some helpful tips.
