Replace internal skirting board and possibly sourounding GIB

We have an internal corner where there has been water damage. The cause of the damage has been dealt with, but we need to repair the corner. So far as we can see the damage is primarily to the skirting board, but would need a builder to assess. We expect that the job will entail removal of the damaged section and replacement. Possibly some plastering work if GIB needs to be removed and replaced. We will do all painting ourselves.
