Finish off Laundry

I have put a toilet in the laundry and a new flooring . Have opened up two hall way cupboards that backed onto the laundry to be accessed from in the laundry. Looking for someone to gib where the old cupboard doors were in the hall and build a new cupboard, tidy up the ceiling , man hole area above cupboards, hang a door and skirting boards etc in the laundry . Would like the job done in the next three weeks if possible but could extend a bit further.

Decking upgrade - cosmetic / moisture proofing

The decking is in contact with the wall cladding and a 12mm gap is required where decking meets a wall to allow water to freely drain. Some of the deck boards are cosmetically poor from deterioration and can be replaced. Entry steps at the northern elevation present a fall hazard to the side and this falls short of the requirements of the NZBC. We require further advise/investigation from a LBP. If we can get a someone to have a look asap - that would be most appreciated.

We need a wooden finger jointed window frame making from a drawn up plan. Measures 1054 high and 708 wide and has 6 panes. We would like two quotes - one for it to be built out of pine and the other for it to be built out of rimu. We would like it as soon as possible.
