Remove Rockcote, fix moisture issue then plasterboard

Sam did an excellent job of assessing and repairing a water leak at my home. The work was quite technical, requiring clearing a wall to identify the cause, and Sam applied an innovative solution to address the issue. Sam's communications were always clear and consistent, a friendly guy to work with, generous with his time, and clearly results-based. Sam also came right in on budget. I'd highly recommend Sam for similar work around the home.
